EcoRooms® give our hotels environmental integrity. The rooms may feature over a dozen guestroom products that are energy efficient, water efficient, waste reducing, non-toxic or biodegradable. Each EcoRoom® prevents over 1000 amenity packages a year from entering landfills. They are safer for guests and healthier for room attendants.
In addition, the EcoRoom® concept features a Linen Re-Use Program. Simply, Linen Re-Use Programs revolve around our guests to use bed linens and towels more than once. When you participate (and over 70% of guests do) and re-use your sheets and towels, you save the environment in reduced water, energy, and sheet/towel replacement.
Environmentally, Linen Re-Use Programs makes a large impact, saving 6000 gallons of water and 40 gallons of detergent monthly per hotel.
We offer you the ability to help make an impact during your stay. You will notice a recycling bin in your room to place your recyclable materials in. The more you help us recycle the greater the impact on our landfills. Bottom line is we want you to partner with us as you stay at our hotels in making a positive impact on protecting the environment.
